How to make IRC bot

in here i wants to explain you how to make a bot in IRC (Internet Relay Chat)

i thought its very hard and i'm not understand! but now, i'm understand from one of my friend
firstly you need mIRC
the steps are TOO EASY

1. open mIRC and open the IRC you wants
2. after that, press ALT + R
3. and go to section "Remote"
4. and copy this code and paste it to there:
   on 1:JOIN:#:/msg $chan welcome, $nick
   on 1:TEXT:test:#:/msg $chan tost
5. and click Ok
6. after you done that, just open that in another computer or anything and write test,
7. what happend? it's almost done
8. YOU'RE DONE NOW!
